Go Fresh is available to cater at any school camp venue or for expeditions.  If you require caterers for a single camp or you require permanent contract caterers for your venue or school, Go Fresh Catering can assist you.

While it is impossible to satisfy every individual within a group setting, our camp meals are designed for popular appeal, incorporate a variety of offerings and we make adjustments/replacements for vegetarian and other vital special needs students and staff (Coelics, Diabetics, Dairy Intolerant, Nut Allergies etc) on an individual basis.

In response to many students and staff who have life-threatening nut allergies, our menus are 'nut free' whenever possible.  To ensure the safety of nut allergy students on camp, parents are welcome to send nut free food which our Chef is happy to prepare.

Our staff make every attempt to encourage students to use good table manners, make healthy eating choices and be open to new food experiences. Please note that due to practical constraints and camp philosophy, we do not provide individual/alternative selections to our menu unless required for health or religious reasons.  Students experience a number of growth opportunities while attending camp, and being flexible about trying different foods is part of the overall benefit of being at camp.

Our very experienced and qualified Executive Chef (Paul Hedgman) is available to discuss your specific needs or to answer any questions you may have regarding the camp meals, portion sizes or the dining health and safety of students.
